    Open to faculty, researchers, and professionals engaged in immunology and allied disciplines.
    Fee

    • Faculty (India): ₹ 25,000

    • Faculty (International): USD 1000

    • This includes registration, accommodation, food and sight seeing

    Faculty Registration

    Faculty members are requested to complete their registration in two simple steps:

    Step 1: Payment of Registration Fee

    Step 2: Registration Form

    After completing the payment, fill in the Faculty Registration Form and send your payment screenshot to hsi@ashoka.edu.in with subject line "Payment Confirmation | Your Name" to confirm your registration

    📌 Registrations will only be considered complete once both steps are fulfilled.

  • Eligibility
    Due to limited seats, Ph.D. Student/Postdoc registrations are only available to candidates whose abstracts are accepted for poster presentation.

    • If you are a Ph.D. Student/Postdoc, please submit your abstract through the Abstract tab.

    • Only upon acceptance will you receive a registration link by email.

    Fee

    • Ph.D. Student/Postdoc (India): ₹ 15,000

    • Ph.D. Student/Postdoc (International): USD 700

  • We welcome abstracts for posters that align with the symposium’s scientific themes. Accepted abstracts will be showcased during the curated poster evening with flash talks.

    Submission Guidelines

    • Length: ≤ 250 words (no figures)

    • Title: Sentence case preferred; avoid abbreviations in the title

    • Authors & Affiliations: Mark presenting author with an asterisk (*) and provide email

    • Keywords: 3–5

    • Conflicts & Ethics: Disclose relevant IRB/ethics/animal approvals

    • Key Dates

    • Submission Deadline: 30 October, 2025

    • Notification of Acceptance: 10 November, 2025

    Poster Specifications

    • Size: A0 portrait (84.1 × 118.9 cm)

    • Set-up: 19 December (morning)

    • Take-down: 21 December (evening)
